We are PayOp - an exciting international fintech project. We are looking for an experienced Middle Marketing Designer that will help us scale our project and accelerate the achievement of business goals.

Required skills

- 2+ years of marketing design experience;

- Portfolio of marketing design work (emails, ads banners, landing pages, web illustration, collages, animation, videos, etc.);

- Professional knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects;

- English: Upper-Intermediate.

 

Responsibilities 

- Creating advertising materials (banners, emails +animation, videos) and landing pages for all marketing campaigns;

- Creating images, illustrations, and collages for our social media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.) and blog;

- Improving and optimize existing marketing materials;

- Improving marketing design by collaborating with copywriters, marketers, other designers.

 

The ability to work in different styles, to look for different approaches, and to experiment;

Ability to take and give constructive criticism and feedback;

Self-dependence and responsibility in solving the problem;

Strong communication and investigation skills;

Strong time management skills.

 

Will be a plus

- Experience with complicated projects: fintech, e-commerce;

- Motion design skills;

- Basic knowledge of Cinema 4D.
