Tetra Pak RUBECCA is currently seeking for a qualified Site manager.

Responsibilities:

Overall responsible for all site activites (incl suppliers) and provide site leadership to deliver project result OHandS responsible for all site activites covered by the scope of project Break down, plan and follow up of site activities Quality plan and follow up of site activities Site budget and follow up Communication of site activities with internal and external stakeholders Drive improvement or development of processes and tools in the area of Site Management Give input to and review preproject from site perspective

Qualification:

Higher technical education >3-5 years (Full time) as Installation Supervisor or Commissioning Leader depending on background education (minimum 3 (successful) projects) Knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, automatics in the scope necessary for performance of assembly and startup-adjustment works Knowledge of the requirements of regulatory acts and methodological materials on safety of assembly and startup-adjustment works Communication and written level of English is mandatory Willingness to travel on an everyday basis (up to 85%)
