Responsibilities:
- Trouble shoot and Repair malfunctioning systems at customer sites while supporting the sale of comprehensive CNC Service products
- Guarantee utmost customer satisfaction by providing professional, efficient and in-time support in all product related, technical issues to local clients
- Perform installation support on Hard- and Software (esp. additionalinstallations) at the clients’ sites
- Perform field service engineering work for installation support, warranty, administration and maintenance support on a broad range of CNC equipment and executing the necessary repairs at the clients’ sites
- Contact customers by phone and provide support in all technical questions related to the use of CNC products
- Cover the Hot-line phone
- Assist in internal training and guidance of new field personnel, if required and give basic training courses for customers
- Other duties and requests from direct Manager and/or General Director of the Company to support Company`s business

Requirements:

- 2+ years repairing, installing and troubleshooting CNC machines

- Higher technical education

- Excellent customer relationship and organizational Talent

- Good level of English language
