Our client international technical equipment company is looking for a Senior Service Account/Sales Manager for its Russian team

Responsibilities

Building strong relations on senior management level and with technical management of all customers. Managing large accounts with support of the area manager. Managing customer satisfaction. Participating in significant growth of service business year by year by maximizing the potential of up-selling at existing customers and realizing the maximum service scope (site based and support contracts) at existing and new customers, based on added value. Initiates local service organizations and selection of local service providers. Creating marketing and sales plans and sets ambitious targets, aligned with Business development management/area management. Developing all necessary marketing activities in collaboration with the business manager Services. Managing internal and external resources to present the best possible value propositions to the customer. Supervising less experienced account managers, agents and regional staff. Developing new service business. Setting up network sales of non-VI systems servicing and the commercial/contractual and organizational side of local service organization with support.

Requirements

No less than 4 years of experience in Sales function (equipment or services, В2В) Business development, funnel and sales management Strong analytical skills, team player, critical thinking Higher professional education (preferably technical) Level of English – at least Upper-Intermediate
