Roles & Responsibilities:
· Developing a clear understanding of Portable Gas Detection market needs, in particular with respect to the customers’ business drivers, buying behaviors, and decision making structures.
· Developing and maintaining good working relationships with key customer personnel, as well as with local representatives and key personnel within relevant engineering contractors and industry consulting groups.
· Conduct effective sales planning to aligns branch with organizational goals to achieve growth targets
· Regular review and use of territory, account and opportunity planning tools & training
· Develop and deliver agreed to sales revenue and margin targets within pricing guidelines for the accountable region consistent with overall HIS.
· Skills coaching, strategy coaching, helping to tailor deals to customer needs and priorities, generating new ways of solving deal- level problems; Innovating new ways to position an offer
· Develop & maintain a good distribution network in the countries he is responsible for and monitor the performance of these distribution network to ensure maximum return from them. Also support, guide & train our distribution wherever required.
· Position of relevant products and equipment with a view to ensuring Honeywell success as well as maximizing sales revenue.
· Develop strategies for complex sales prospects in consultation with sales management, sales support groups, and the other SBU's whose products or services are involved
· Play a leading role in the negotiation and closure of sales.
· Prepare of periodic reports for all sales events activities.
· Drive SFDC implementation and active using for the monitor, coach and reinforce behaviors to ensure pipeline and business growth; sales call tracking and forecasting and sales operating system cadence
· Manage accounts receivables for assigned customers.
Basic Qualifications:
· Engineering Degree / Business Administration Degree / Master Degree
· 3-5 years customer-facing outside Sales experience, preferably in the industry, selling to end customers and distributors
· Experience in B2B sector in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power Energy and Mining industries.
· Good knowledge of key customers in Russia.
· Good technical skills and understanding
· Fluent Russian and English languages

· A well-developed sense of the industry and market trends in the assigned territory
· Good knowledge of our customers’ businesses and drivers
· Financial and business acumen
· Account Management, ability to use market and marketing data to build successful accounts plans
· Good knowledge of commercial terms, contract terms, etc.
· Strong sales skills. High level relationship building. Managerial skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills on all levels of an organization
· Goal-oriented and able to deliver on commitments
· High level of integrity and demonstrated portrayal of the 12 Honeywell behaviours
· Time management, organizational skills
· Ability to work and organise workload independently
