Service engineer is responsible for the supporting of end-to-end service business operations within the managed area, supervising CSC operation and providing guidance or assistance through problem diagnosis and resource coordination.

Besides, service engineer is advisor of CSC manager, responsible for problems diagnosing and providing resources, advice and support;

Service engineer is coach of CSC employees, responsible for guidance and training to CSC employees；

Service engineer also act as partner of retail team, providing resources to support them.

Main responsibilities:

Service center operation supporting and coaching, coordinate other departments to solve problems encountered in the operation of the service center; Service center operation data analysis and improvement, promote operation indicators achieved; Service center on-site inspection, ensure that the service center image and business processes are aligned with Huawei requirements, and improve consumer’s experience; Service supporting to retail shops, implement service policies in retail shops, ensure service and sales policies be of consistency; Assist relationship maintenance with carriers, distributors, service supplier, government &enterprise, and associations.

Candidate Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electronic), Telecommunication/ Business / Management or equivalent; At least 1 years or above working experience in electronic, telecommunication or related field; Service center management experience which in the mobile phone/ handset industry; Warehouse or logistics experience; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skills, decision making and self learning ability; Good service awareness, team spirit and able to work under pressure; Must be fluent in Chinese and English.
