Managing the Customer Care department from:

Close communication with customers regarding order of spare parts Processing of orders for spare parts from customers Control of warehouse stockings Posting Requests in ACIGN Producing financial and logistical documents for delivered orders Processing all operations in BPCS and 1C Local Reporting


Requirements:

Higher financial / economical / logistics education Practical experience in sales, inventory control, purchasing supply chain or logistics Knowledge of MS Office software programs Knowledge of the BPCS, SAP BW, 1C, advanced Excel Languages: Fluent Russian, Fluent Kazakh, Advanced English

Skills:

Strong leadership and problem solving skills Team player Analytical mind Accurate Ability to meet short deadlines Good written and oral presentation skills Knowledge of logistics matters Organization skills and the ability to use them effectively.
