Now we're looking for a strong candidate for Clinical Development Specialist located in Moscow.

Responsibility Areas:

External Clinical Assistance and Training (including New Products - NP)

Provide expert technical and product advice/assistance as well as training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians and administrators regarding all aspects of BWI’s systems and catheter equipment Assistance/support is generally provided, but not limited to, electrophysiology interventions in a manner of utmost professionalism Create success in the adoption of NP and maximization of its usage since the launch Work together with local team to ensure a good clinical impact of NP based on current KOL usage of system and catheters Work closely with local Clinical Trainer & CSS to maximize utilization of CARTO® 3 Systems and new technologies with focus in Atrial Fibrillation and Complex Arrhythmias

Clinical Strategy Deployment

Ensure full and clear understanding and deployment of those strategies by the local field force, personal field work and professional education activities to obtain clinical application of BW products and development of therapy adoption rapid and strong Establish relationship with NP users and Key Opinion Leaders across Russia & CIS to link NP usage with the newest clinical strategies, especially for Atrial Fibrillation and Complex Arrhythmias treatment Take responsibility in reading relevant scientific articles and applying them actively in the field Ensure clear communication of new clinical evidence data to Health Care Providers (HCP) and local CSS team aligned with marketing and clinical strategy In cooperation with local teams implement new technologies in existing workflows and play and active role in development of new workflows Identify customer needs and position BW products to match them

Execute Internal Activities

Be the New Technology expert that colleagues can turn to for questions or specific support needs Train the Russian team in new technology and help in supporting sites with new modules Take the lead in hosting clinical and new technology trainings locally and nationally together with Clinical Trainer Execute internal translation projects and actualize products technical data Share best clinical practices and identify critical success factors Represent together with Clinical Trainer and the others CDS/CDM the Clinical HUB within EMEA. Ensure a strong and productive Communication

Requirements & Qualifications:

Higher education degree (preferred – in Engineering/Biomedical Engineering or Medicine); Experience in Cardiology, Electrophysiology/Arrhythmology field is a strong plus; Good working knowledge of English; Talent to become a trusted and valued opinion leader among non-subordinating team members; Clear communication and ability to comprehensibly explain complex concepts; Able to take large amounts of data and translate information into actionable insights; Will be required to maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and the business landscape; Experience working with highly complex technical systems and/or working in a critical patient care setting. Must be willing and able to travel (up to 60% of time, frequency may vary from several in a month to several in a week); Accurate & responsible in process structuring, quantitative measurement of team development; Proactive, excellent in self-organizing, able to perform well in multiple time-bound tasks; Grammatically & stylistically correct Russian in both oral & written forms; Strong team player, conflict resolution skills; A valid Driver’s License; Hunger for learning and building new skills
