Car Fleet Administrator

Key responsibilities:

Maintain car fleet database and timely metrics submission Ensure proper technical state of all cars Check drivers’ expense reimbursement reports Control over waybills registration; Ensure availability and timely update of the full set of car related documents in accordance with the Kazakhstani legislation and Citi internal procedures Assisting in solving insurance issues, accident registration and recovering losses, control all the necessary instructions and procedures Responsible for collecting mileage data in the mileage reporting system Schedule and maintain drivers’ timetable Pool cars booking in EMS program Instruct drivers on scheduled tasks in timely manner Reply to requests according to SLA: 2 hours – regular inquiries, 30 min – urgent Ensure control over fulfillment of all assigned tasks by the drivers. To help Bank employees with scheduling transportation for group business related trips, ordering business class taxi and buses, consulting on taxi and rental services Checking drivers’ waybills, GPS reports To perform fuel control and arrange the report To back up the Country Car Fleet Manager Perform other tasks following the Country Car Fleet Manager’s instructions.

Requirements:

Higher education; Similar experience; Strong computer skills: MS Office (Excel); English - not less than intermediate; Attentive in details.
