Job responsibilities:

- Leading and mentoring Partner Support Team, performing scheduled staff

- reviews, communicating, and adhering to new procedures, policies, and

- goals.

- Communicate with managers to determine training needs and create

- training sessions

- Monitoring queues and assisting with daily goals and conducting quality

- control to reduce errors to improve procedures.

- Establishing, recommending, and implementing policies to ensure the

- quality, timely, and efficient design of customer oriented services.

- Working effectively with other teams implementing strategies to increase

- profitability, productivity and overall client experience.

- Auditing partner accounts to ensure accuracy of information.

- Handling escalated issues from partners.

- Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high quality service

- Self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility

- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and to tight deadlines

Functional Skills and Experiences

- Minimum of 6 months in leading support teams

- Excellent computer competence, including experience with databases and

- Microsoft Office and Google Drive

- English level B2 as training sessions may be conducted in this language

- Native in Ukrainian and Russian

- Extensive problem solving and debugging skills

- Ability to independently apply production upgrades and support the products and technologies

- Experience in providing services to agreed SLA's

- Experienced in Problem and Incident Management

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Flexible in working outside of core business hours at short-notice
