Project buyer/Procurement buyer/Telecom industry

Responsibilities:

Supplier routine management:

Supplier selection/Procurement bidding for the project. Supplier commercial negotiation. Daily purchase requirements handling from the project team. Procurement Strategy design and Execute. Support the Project Procurement manager the daily work.

Requirements:

Over 3 years of procurement experience on Telecom Engineering Service business field, like Wireless, 2G/3G,4G/LTE, Microwave, Managed Service, Transmission, Optical/datacom/Access etc. Working experience mostly in Telecom Big-4 Operator or vendor company. Fluent Russian and English.
