Responsibilities:
Organization and control of orders execution for international road freight. Organization of the technological process of transportation (passing the cargo to carriers, control of cargo delivery to consignees, coordination of loading/unloading operations). Signing contracts for the cargoes transportation, freight forwarding and other services related to road freight; Calculation of rates for freight forwarding services, taking into consideration changes in tax, price and customs policies. Development and optimization of transport-technological schemes of cargo delivery Maintenance of all the documentation of the transport process. To search, evaluate and choose agents To held monitoring of cargo location, to agree conditions of transportation.Requirements:
o To know fundamentals rules of international trucking of cargoes (dangerous, oversized cargo); bases of customs and transport legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; rules of contracts execution on the organization of cargoes transportation and proving additional services
Excellent knowledge of English (writing, speaking)· IRU diploma (KazATO courses) is an advantage
· Minimum 2 years work experience in road freight forwarding sphere
· To have a forwarders database on international destinations
Conditions:
Five-day work week Work time from 09.00 to 18.00; Ordinary leave 28 calendar days; Cellar communication payment Salary have to be discussed while interview
