About the opportunity
We are looking for a logistics and warehousing expert to manage our fulfilment operations, supporting a rapidly growing and evolving business, while continuing to deliver excellent customer service. You should be a self-starter with a passion for providing excellent service and continuously improving operational efficiency, with a real appetite to build a first class, global logistics operation.
Responsibilities will include
Maintaining strategic, commercial and operational relationships with our third party logistics partners in the UK and the US Consistently achieving key performance indicators and supporting 3rd parties in doing so also whilst ensuring that day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operations meet service levels and productivity expectations Planning ahead with partners to ensure capacity is available to meet growing business demands Working with all partners to identify efficiency improvements and cost reduction opportunities Owning the logistics technology roadmap, working closely with the Product Development team. In particular, managing the relationship with our courier and 3PL providers, their warehouse management systems providers and their courier integration software to ensure that solutions and services are fit for purpose Owning the specification and supply of all required packaging provisions Oversee the freight planning and execution for stock transit ensuring right stock in right place as requiredAs well as the above this role will be required to be a senior point of contact for the customer service function and support communications between the London and Kiev teams.

You will need to demonstrate that you work effectively in teams, can leave your ego at the door, and will collaborate effectively with your peers Smart – excellent numerical and analytical skills Be available and prepared to travel to the UK intermittently as requiredYou’ll need to have the following:
Successful track record of managing multiple third party warehouse and carrier providers, overseeing and driving improvements in daily operations Experience in a high service, growing, retail E-commerce for an international operation Hands-on experience of all levels of seniority within the field from supporting lower level function through to managing a business and consumer warehouse operation Demonstrable and quantifiable examples of how you’ve improved efficiencies and reduced cost whilst delivering great customer service Leadership experience, being a mentor and coach for internal and external staff Experience of project management Great MS Office skills Ideally experience of Microsoft Navision & various WMS systems Excellent spoken and written English language skills are a mustIn return you will get:
