Responsibility: The primary purposes of this role are:



- Establish, communicate & implement sales targets and sales plans for the Country in line with budget;

- Manage the Marketing & Sales team of the Country to meet and exceed the sales objectives of growth, profitability and productivity;

- Improve company’s competitive position in the local market;



Streamline and enforce CRM usage compliance by all Country sales functions to ensure visibility of sales activities.
