Currently to our Moscow office we are seeking Sales Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator (temporary contract, vendor placement).

Main objective is to ensure orders are shipped to our distributors/customers at the project prices, conditions on a timely basis, taking into account the Company’s financial coverage requirements and ensuring all relevant paperwork is prepared.

Order processing Customer management Coordinate shipments Claims and/or credit-notes handling Workflow

Main Tasks and Accountabilities:

Order processing: to enter customer`s orders into the system, allocate goods, add special instructions regarding pick up orders; Shipments coordination: communicate with customers, sales team, warehouse and carriers about shipment orders on tome and in full; Workflow: electronic and paper workflow, control movement of documents from carriers to archive; Claims and/or credit-notes – quick handling of all customers’ claims and create credit-note if needed. Follow up with the warehouse on a regular basis; Reporting: daily and monthly reports, reports by requests.

Requirements:

University bachelor/master degree; Good knowledge of MS Office; Foreign languages: English – spoken/written intermediate level; Additional advantage: 1,5 years of experience in logistics / sales administration (preferably in a retail/wholesalers environment); Familiar with letter of Credits, Delivery Notes, Invoicing etc.
