Plan and direct the operation of our multi-shift manufacturing facility to meet objectives in safety, productivity, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Direct and lead the plant of automotive industry in metal fabrication environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement manufacturing, training, and shipping policies/procedures to meet the corporate requirements: Coordination of plant operations including production, logistics, engineering, quality, continuous improvement, HR, EHS and maintenance; Improve Safety Programs to achieve company goals of zero injuries; Plan and implement continuous improvements and lean processes to lower costs; Assure the facilities and equipment are clean, safe, and in good repair through a 5S and preventative maintenance program; Drive Corrective Action Procedures to assure root cause analysis with effective permanent resolution; Special projects, and P&L responsibility for developing and achieving budgetary and production targets; Coordination of Capital expenditures (CAPEX); Training and development team. Year over year direct and indirect labor improvement; Ensuring process compliance to IATF 16949; Fulfilment of the requirements ISO 14001.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in lean manufacturing, Kanban, 5S, and project management; Production experience, with proven plant/production leadership. Experience is preferred in different domains such as quality, supply, engineering, maintenance; Lean Manufacturing experience; Demonstrated financial management background required; Familiar with, laser, punch, shear, forming, welding and painting; Fluent English; Strong knowledge of Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook.
