Position Title: Logistics Tracking Associate
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Negotiable salary
Shift: 1500−0000/1600−0100
Position Summary:
The Tracking Associate is a key role in the organization whose job it is to make sure that all loads in transit are accounted for. The position will be responsible to work with a team of five people who work with partner carriers to identify possible issues and escalate them.
Responsibilities:
Make sure the tracking team fulfills its goals and all loads are accounted for
Communicate effectively with the sales and operations teams
Ensure the timely transit of EVTS freight
Identify and escalate issues
Establish relationships with partner carriers to receive timely updates
Assist in the retrieval of BOLs.
Other Ad hoc activities
Skills Required:
Be able to be proactive and make sure that goals are met
Take responsibility for results and be diffuse situations
Ability to communicate effectively in English (Russian, Ukrainian, and other languages a plus)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Outlook
Ability to learn PCS and other company software
Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations
Have access to internet, computer, smartphone during shift
Be a problem solver and diffuse tense situations
Be a team player
Possess strong organizational skills

Work from office in Kiev
