An international company which is specialized in air transportation, is looking for ambitious HR Gneralist

Responsibilities





- Build a career development strategy for sales Team Leads and Sales Representatives

- Translate strategy to action and drive accountability for progress to key milestones

- State the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

- Create and implement Performance Appraisal procedure

- Create and implement Grading system and employees journey (personal career development plans)

- Review current Motivation system, to propose and update draft

- Develop and launch gamification project

- Constantly support and improve Career Development process

- Understand the employees, their career goals and aspirations

- Align employee's career aspirations with the priorities and goals of the company

- Measure employee’s performance with key Indicators of effectiveness

- Have dedicated career conversations (one-to-ones)

- Provide guidance to the employee on appropriate development opportunities

- Share and promote potential career moves with the employee

- Provide feedback on the development process

- Assess employees’ needs for training

- Align training with the organization’s strategic goals

- Create a training budget and keep operations within budget

- Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources

- Update training programs to ensure that they are current

- Review training materials from a variety of vendors and select materials with appropriate content

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors

- Developing individual training programms that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment

- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organisation as a whole







Requirements





- 3+ years’ experience in career development

- Proven track record of leading and developing others

- Previous experience working in fast-paced environments

- Outstanding organizational skills

- A strategic, systems thinker

- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing

- Ability to influence effectively at all levels

- Business awareness and commercially focused

- Leadership and strong management skills

- Ability to deliver programms to a high quality

- Ability to devise solutions to complex problems

- Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others

- Personally credible with strong interpersonal skills

- Integrity and approachability
