JTI Ukraine is looking for Finished Goods National Logistics Manager to become a member of our Finance team.
This role is responsible for managing the logistics process of Finished Goods in the company (transportation, warehousing and security).
You will:
Coordinate and manage Finished Goods (FG) logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, security) within Ukraine Arrange the effective supply chain Manage FG Logistics budget, control and efficiently use it during the year Elaborate, adjust and implement the logistics operations policies and procedures, control for the compliance and execution of the Company's policies and procedures by people who involved in the logistics process Ensure KPIs achievement; smooth and effective cooperation with internal and external parties like internal functions (Finance, Security, Sales, Legal, ), services providers (transportation, warehousing, security), clients, insurance company etc. Lead and develop local FG Logistics team (7 team members working remotely), ensuring their continued performance, engagement and development.About you:

University degreeWork experience:
At least 3 years experience in warehousing, transportation and other logistics areasLanguage:
Upper-intermediate English, both written and spoken Fluent Ukrainian and/or RussianOther skills and knowledge:
Experienced user of MS Office SAP knowledge is preferable Proven people management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical skillsInterested?
