Our Partner company "Opening Australia" is looking for

Russian Speaking Immigration Operations Manager.

 

Role Profile

 

To help with responding to visa enquiries.

 

Other Roles

 

- Being the presence of our international operations in Russian speaking countries

- Ability to follow and adapt sales processes to help prospective clients

- Execution of our marketing plan across various social media platforms to drive traffic to our website. This includes using, monitoring and managing the following platforms and their associated marketing tools:

- LinkedIn

- Facebook

- YouTube

- Instagram

- Medium

- VK

- as well as other platforms as they emerge

- and community management tools like Hootsuite.

 

Required Skills

 

- Must be fluent in Russian language.

- Must be GREAT at translating English to Russian and vice versa. Translation skills must be accurate and not need double checking before publication.

- Must also be competent with using social media or have the ability to self-learn very fast.

- Must:

- Be able to work autonomously;

- Have the ability to be creative;

- Be reliable;

- Be productive/efficient

- Have good people to people skills

 

Bonus Skills (not required skills but a bonus if held)

 

- Strong written communication skills for writing in (another language such as Spanish or Portuguese) as well as translation from English to (another language such as Spanish or Portuguese).

 

Position Details

 

- The position may be a full time or part time position.

 

An attractive feature of this role is that the employee will have the flexibility to work remotely and also work flexible hours. This means that a candidate will not have to attend an office and the candidate will be able to have some flexibility in the hours that they choose to work each day.

 

At this stage I am open to offering a part time or full time position. It will depend on the quality and expectations of the candidate.

 

- Example 1: a high quality candidate may want to work for my company for 3-4hrs each day in addition to a full-time job that they already have.

- Example 2: a high quality candidate may be a stay-at-home mother who wants to work for my company for 3-4hrs a day when she can fit it in.

- Example 3: a high quality candidate really would like a full time position and they display the necessary skills required to work autonomously and show enough initiative and creativity to give me no option but to hire them on a full time basis.

 

Salary

 

The salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined by the quality of the candidate and will be discussed in the 2ndround interview.
