Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
Sales Manager is responsible for operationally and administratively achievement of department’s pre-determined sales and revenue targets.
To systematically and efficiently call on prioritized accounts in your assigned territory and report findings and opportunities to the Marketing Director.
To define and target key accounts in your assigned territory, utilizing the Delphi Sales and Catering database and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategy with the staff assigned to you.
To continuously add and update the perpetual database of local group, catering and conference leads and ensure implementation of an efficient and targeted acquisition program.
To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements:

Excellent level of English and computer skills
Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations or sales catering
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Excellent customer service, administrative, communication, sales and interpersonal skills
High level of responsibility
Preferably with experience in Sales and Food & Drinks sphere
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment
You should be a good team player
