Main Duties:

Adheres to and implements Hyatt brand standards in daily activities

Provides all necessary information to guests
Responds to inquiries by phone and in person, providing complete details of all Hotel aspects

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluent English
High level of responsibility
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Team player
Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, friendly
