An international company Aviacontact is looking for the driven people to work in the air travel industry. This is a unique opportunity to explore this field having no experience or special skills.

The main requirement to the candidates — English on the level Intermediate and above.

Being our employee, you will be able to improve your English and will gain practical skills and knowledge of the following areas:

Programms: Podio, Slack, Pure Cloud; The speciality of work with worldwide known airlines, including low-cost; Customer support for passengers and communication with airlines representatives; Business writing and verbal communication in English; Refund policies of all airlines.

Your duties will depend on the department you chose:

Customer support for air tickets booking; Processing already created bookings; Processing customers' requests for refunds.

Work conditions:

Official employment; Schedule: 4/2, 3/2, 5/2, 2/2, part time; Office is nearby the subway stations Vokzalna/Olimpiyska.
