We are looking for Store Manager for one of our boutiques.

At this role you will:

Lead and manage the team, ensuring achievement of common goals, identifying clear priorities Be Brand ambassador and represent company values and spirit to the team and to the clients Responsible for store sales targets results Ensure the development of a clientele network for the store Develop employees and their selling capabilities to maximize sales results and clients loyalty & satisfaction Responsible for all administrative in-store questions & technical condition of the store Ensure maintenance of inventory accuracy, in accordance with company policies

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 2 years of experience in luxury fashion retail at managerial level Strong leadership and management skills, experienced in building effective teams Strong fashion awareness and sense of style as well as commercial awareness and business acumen Passion for the Brand and fashion luxury industry Strong communication skills, empathy & client orientation Innovation orientation, entrepreneurial mindset & strategic agility Good level of English
