Our Client, a large multinational company with production facilities in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Operations Director position.

Main responsibilities:

- managing all aspects of industrial projects and production activities at the company's factories;

- managing production groups of all production facilities;

- improving the production process;

- monitoring the financial objectives performance;

- ensuring optimal and maximum use of equipment at production facilities;

- organizing and implementing an effective communication and reporting system.

Main requirements:

- University Degree (Technical or Engineering);

- 2+ years of relevant experience in the dairy industry;

- 5+ years of experience in positions: Production / Operations / Industrial Director;

- understanding the process of food production and practical experience of working with production equipment;

- experience in managing production profitability;

- excellent management skills for large production teams;

- high level of knowledge of English.
