Lviv Consulting Group, on behalf of it's client, a Western production company is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of

 

Production Manager

Place of work: Zhytomyr region

 

Requirements:

- University degree

- Demonstrated success in managing production subdivisions with progressive local or/and Western companies;

- Experience managing more than 100 employees;

- Experience in production planning, operational accounting and management of manufacturing processes;

- Knowledge of budgeting and production reporting principles;

- Experience in team forming and development;

- Additional trainings in business strategy, mass production management would be a plus;

- Knowledge of ceramics or tile manufacturing technologies would be a plus;

- Spoken English - an advantage;

 

Responsibilities:

- Ensure manufacturing of quality products within required time frames with optimal production expenses;

- Develop and control implementation of strategies to enhance production KPIs;

- Analyze the structure of expenses and suggest improvements;

- Organize and control the budgeting process;

- Implement WCM practices at the plant;

- Introduce Change management strategies;

- Encourage team work by involving employees in innovation projects;

- Develop prospective plans of the plant development.
