Leobit is a software development and outsourcing company from Lviv, Ukraine. We are looking for proactive, mindful and experienced HR & Recruiting Director to lead the team of 3-5 HR/R specialists. It will be a really interesting and challengeable work - to create and implement policies and rules which make the workflow more organized and comfortable, but, on the other hand, to stay a 'family' company with fun, soul and flexibility. Responsibilities:

- Create and implement new employee relations policies, guidelines and improve current ones



- Establish an in-house employee training and development system in collaboration with Technical Leads and Managers



- Obtain cost-effective, employee serving benefits, monitor benefits in branch environment for options



- Manage and coordinate HR/R team



- Develop and monitor a Human Resources budget



- Participate in recruiting cycle



- Other responsibilities assigned by the CEO



 

Skills and requirements:

- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources department (IT branch would be an advantage)



- 2+ years' experience in IT recruiting



- 2+ years' experience in a HR leadership position



- English Upper Intermediate or higher



- Experience with change management



- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills



- Excellent computer skills in Google tools environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping
