Lviv Consulting Group, on behalf of its client - a Western production company, is looking for a qualified seasoned candidate to fill a position of

 

HR Director

Location: Western Ukraine

 

Responsibilities:

- Manage the HR department, establish priorities and coordinate individual tasks;

- Implement the HR strategic plan, coordinate development of HR activities;

- Participate in development of the organization structure;

- Apply HR instruments to boost personnel motivation;

- Modify the compensation policy and benefits to create a competitive program and yet adhere to legal requirements

- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, safety and recreation programs;

- Identify vacant positions and organize recruitment activities; assure proper match between personnel and job descriptions;

- Plan/implement the orientation process of new employees;

- Provide employees with information on policies, culture, internal communication, work conditions, salary, promotion opportunities and benefits;

- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems;

- Coach managers on organizational policy issues;

- Track personnel costs.

 

Requirements:

- University degree

- 5+ years of practical experience in a similar position with a Western production company with headcount 2000+ employees;

- Knowledge and practical experience in key HR areas: recruitment and staffing, adaptation, C&B administration, motivation, training and development, employee relations etc.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills;

- Ability to manage a large HR team;

- willingness to relocate within Western Ukraine
