For our client, veterinary business of international agricultural distribution company, we are currently looking for General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, elaborate and implement the company’s strategic plan and budget according to the business goals set by the company’s management Accountable for P&L Plan, coordinate and manage all operations to achieve financial metrics Define the product roadmap to deliver sales plan Define, implement and drive the marketing plan Deliver sales and business development activities according to the plan Monitor the market and proactively identify growth opportunities Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity Lead the team (7-10 people)Location: Kyiv, Ukraine, business travel in Ukraine and 3-4 times per year abroad.
Requirements:
BSC or BA in Agriculture/Veterinary medicine or any related degree 5+ year experience as a general manager/business unit manager/business development manager Proven track record in business development and building sales organizations Connections in agricultural industry Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and sales plan Startup-like environment, problem-solving aptitude Well-articulated people management skills, a strong leader/team player Advanced EnglishCompany offers:
