Danone AMN (Advanced Medical Nutrition) is announcing an opening of Commercial Manager Ukraine & Georgia in Kyiv.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

- To deliver the sales goals for the Ukraine and Georgia through planning, allocation and deployment of resources and effective management and development of Ukraine and Georgia teams;

- Responsible for Ukraine and Georgia P&L, long term strategy input in CBU planning processes and tactics implementation;

- Pro-actively develop competitive channel & customer solutions;

- Build strategic relationships internally & externally;

- Install a coaching mindset;

- Inspire a culture of high performance;

- Develop people in teams and encourage them to be the best they can;

- Influence strategic decisions at LT-leve.

 

Experience and qualifications required:

- Good Market Understanding & Opportunity identification skills;

- Experience in Strategy development (3-5 year plan);

- Finance acumen;;

- Experience in Sales Strategy development and tactics implementation (1-3 year plan)

- Experience in Customer portfolio strategy;

- Good people management skills;

- English - upper intermediate.
