Before operating the spacer, carefully read this user manual and save it for future reference.
Before using the spacer, consult your veterinarian.

BASIC APPLICATION
The Sniff Up Animal Spacer is used to relieve respiratory illnesses such as bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, laryngeal paralysis and troche collapse.
The Sniff Up Spacer is designed to be used with a metered dose inhaler to deliver aerosol medication to your pet's lungs.

MANUAL
Before use, check the breath counter and exhalation valves and make sure that they are in place and firmly pressed against the spacer body, as shown in the figure.
Replace the spacer immediately if there is any damage to the spacer body.

Remove the cap from the inhaler and shake well several times.
Perform this action before each use.

Insert the inhaler into the rear spacer connector, then insert the mask into the connector.

Attach the spacer to the pet's face.
The mask should cover the nose, in part or in full mouth, but NOT the eyes.
Click on the inhaler to release the medicine into the spacer.

When your pet inhales, the inspiratory counter will rise in the center (only one side of the counter may be raised), the exhalation valve remains stationary. When you exhale, the breath counter returns to its original position, and the side exhalation valves open.
The number of breaths is prescribed by the veterinarian individually.

Repeat the inhalation throughout the day in accordance with the instructions of the veterinarian and the instructions in the instructions for the inhaler.

SPACER CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
The spacer is not recommended to be washed in a dishwasher.
Do not attempt to disassemble the spacer body in two.
Remove the mask from the connector and the inhaler from the rear connector.
Carefully remove the back cover with the inhaler connector by taking it on its sides.
Wash all parts in warm water with a mild liquid detergent.
Do not rinse or boil.
Shake off excess water and leave it upright.

Store the spacer at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures and high humidity.
Protect the spacer from contamination, shock and dust.
Do not expose the spacer to direct sunlight.
Do not store the inhaler in the spacer.
Keep the spacer out of the reach of children.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The central valve has shifted.
Carefully adjust the central area of the breath counter so that it goes back into the grooves.

Before or after use, the bottom of the side valve does not fit snugly against the spacer body.
From the inside, press on the side valve until the outside bottom fits snugly against the spacer body.

Before or after use, the top of the side valve does not fit snugly against the spacer body.
From the outside, push on the top of the side flap until it fits into the groove.

TIPS AND Tricks
Slowly demonstrate the device. Attach only a mask, let your pet get used to new sensations.
Try wrapping your pet in a towel or blanket before using the spacer.
Encourage your pet with treats before and / or after using the spacer.
Be patient, don't give up.
