We are looking for an Auditor in the Internal Audit department. Candidate will join the team of audit professionals and will be engaged in the SOX-controls testing, checking and analysis of wide variety of business-processes. In addition, he will deliver a professional conclusion and recommendations for improvement. Candidate will obtain a diverse experience and deep insight in telecom company business.
Main tasks:
To take part in the conducting of SOX-controls testing, including testing of the design, operating effectiveness, and IPE (input data). Carrying out of internal audits and investigations according to the annual audit plan, and also ad-hoc inspections. The assessment of the efficiency of company finance processes and economic activity. Preparing audit reports with conclusions, development of recommendations on business processes improving.Requirements:
Degree in Finance or Economics. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Big 4 or Internal Audit role. Knowledge of local and IFRS accounting. Upper-intermediate English language (mainly written). Internal controls knowledge and testing experience. Job-related certifications (ACCA / DipIFR / CIA / National auditor qualification) is the advantage.Required knowledge and experience:
Confidence in the methodology of internal checks, international standards of auditing practice. Knowledge of Belorussian legislation and principles of tax, financial and management accounting. Knowledge of MS Excel (Intermediate level or above). Excellent report writing skills. Reasonable skepticism and ability to exercise professional judgement Confidence to challenge established practices, approaches and methods, and to propose remediation actions. Ability to work in short deadlines and handle the stress.Personal skills:
