Responsibilities:

Implementing, complying with and supervising the HSE policy within the project (also on our vessels) Implementing and monitoring the Company Management System and procedures on the project Ensuring the continuous improvement of HSE conduct, knowledge and awareness so that the HSE is always of a high quality. Providing expert HSE input for project risk analyses (HAZID, HAZOP) so that QHSE risks can be kept to a minimum. Organize toolbox meetings Registering and performing accident investigations and proposing improvements where desirable.

Requirements:

Higher vocational degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of safety and quality. At least five years’ work experience, with experience in the dredging and/or offshore industry being preferred. Flexible colleague with good communication and analytical skills who can write thorough reports. Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian (or Kazakh).
