Corporate Security Manager, Russia, reporting to Corporate Security and AIT Director

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that a safe and secure environment for executives, employees, customers, stakeholders, visitors, etc. is established and maintained by enforcing appropriate security arrangements and provided in most functionally and cost effective manner; Lead efforts in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes, practices and policies to reduce risks; Ensure efficiency of JTI operations by timely and effective risk and threats countermeasures design, implementation and appropriate controls established; Participate in of new and review update of current local Security P&Ps to ensure compliance with global and local standards, policies and segregation of duties principle; Conduct Corporate Security audits and follow up recommendations at the company’s commercial business units; Raise awareness of governance, risks, threats and controls among company employees by providing on-going support, consultancy and respective training where needed; Manage a group of employees (3 direct subordinates; service provider’s personnel); Lead / coordinate objective investigations of security related incidents throughout the country, provide needed / requested support to colleagues both in anti-illicit trade related issues and due diligence and investigations.

Main Requirements:

University degree, degree in business related sphere would be a plus; Min. 7 years’ experience in corporate security and/or investigative team environment, experience in FMCG-companies would be a plus; English: Upper-intermediate (spoken, written); Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional teams; Strong planning and analytical skills; structured approach & self-discipline, attention to details; Ability to work under pressure, high self-motivation, high commitment & ownership attitude to assigned projects.
