Moscow office of CBS Interactive looking for a new employee on the position Sr. Manager Retailer Projects.
Sr. Manager Retailer Projects is responsible for coordinating multi-product solution assessment and project coordination for retailer projects.
This employee is responsible to lead the discovery and SOW creation on retailer accounts, coordinate projects with Product Managers, Project Managers, Customer Service, and Production Managers.
Sr. Manager Retailer Projects will serve as a hub for presales and project-initiation customer communication on custom projects focusing primarily on EMEA projects, but will also help with some US based projects.
Projects include: Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.
Responsibilities
Customer requirement gathering / discovery; Assistance to Sales in presales analysis of a prospect; Requirement documentation and SOW creation; Inter-departmental project coordination within the company and with the customers; Support to Product Managers in BRD creation and product improvement to meet customer expectations; Management of complex retailer projects.Education & Experience:
MD/BD Computer science or similar; 5+ years in E-commerce and/or Web Technologies; Ability to work in a large multinational team or go-it-alone; Solid understanding of PMBoK fundamentals; Strong experience in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Statement of Work (SOW) and Project documentation; Hold and conduct meetings in a time efficient manner resulting in desired outcome; Multitask, pivot, and change focus when necessary; Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment; Ability to work during evening hours (online and available at least till 11pm MSK) to communicate with Product Managers, Sales, Customer Service in US and Europe; Experience in customer need evaluation, market research, competitive analysis and roadmap planning; Good verbal and written communication skills; Fluent English.Your compensation package will include:
