Description and Responsibilities
The HQTS Group is looking for a customer relationship manager to join our team in HQTS’ Russian office in Moscow. Our customer relationship manager will be responsible for:
Building stable and efficient communication bridges between key clients and HQTS. Establishing and managing the relationship in order to consolidate and develop the cooperation between key customers and HQTS. Engaging and coordinating with all of HQTS internal departments; to manage projects in order to guarantee client satisfaction and resolve a multitude of various issues using the best possible solutions. Ensuring that HQTS maintains a high service level to cater to our customer’s needs and requests.Skills/Qualifications
A successful track record of business development in previous employment. Full proficiency in written and spoken English / Russian. At least 5 years’ worth of work experience with experience in the B2B field being an advantage. Excellent listening, writing and communication skills A strong sense of responsibility, respect and professional ethics. Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization. Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives. Outstanding analytical skills. Service-oriented. Determined, proactive and self-motivated. Able to work equally well alone or as part of a team. Able to work to schedules that align with target market. International travel is required. Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.Compensation
Salary: RUB 80,000 per month plus a yearly performance bonus, full training and development opportunities available to successful candidates.
