If you are a motivated and ambitious person, we encourage you to apply for the position of Field Sales Manager in Beauty Care Professional. YOUR ROLE:

Responsibility for sales business with distributors and key accounts Show leadership and dedication to make sales organizations achieve turnover – NCA (new client acquisition) and retention rate targets Develop Ukraine Sales Strategy (mid- and long-term targets, priorities, and structure of sales organization) Identify and define investment priorities among distribution channels Ongoing search for efficiency improvement: rebates, KPI, field efficiency Steer Sales Planning Process Control and support distributors in sales planning and achievements Carry out “Plan vs Actual” Analysis” of figures and take/propose actions to close gaps Set up binding annual sales targets and guarantee their fulfillment Implement existing CEE selling standards, systems and tools Do regular shop/field visits and establish quality-oriented mentality in whole field organization Conduct trainings for distributors sales staff going search for business opportunities Define standards for Sales information and reporting systems/procedures

YOUR SKILLS:

Full higher education Successful proven experience of a sales organization management B2B sales experience Hands on experience in creating reporting Excellent organizational and presentation skills Readiness for frequent business trips Fluent English
