Sales Manager will be in charge of growing new accounts, creation and improvement of USP & ICP’s, cold sequences generation, following the qualified leads from outbound through all stages of the sales pipeline and effectively closing the deals.
Requirements:
Understanding the process of IT outstaffing
Experience of working in IT for Western market – at least 2 years
Proficient English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong relationship builder
Results-driven, fast learner and able to manage time effectively
Duties:
Actively develop and maintain sales strategies and ICP’s.
Proactively build sales through outbound lead prospecting
Develop and close qualified opportunities while maintaining a strong margin
Engage prospective customers via all channels
Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI’s in prospects, leads, and contracts
Maintain and Expand database of prospects
Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise level clients
Properly document all activity via company CRM tool
Closely cooperate with lead generation team
