AIM Realty seeks a real estate agent to join the team of our new branch in Lviv and learn «on the job.» This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join Lviv’s first Western-style real estate agency and develop the skills and experience for unlimited earning potential, while learning from experienced foreign business professionals, who are all native speakers of English and long-time expats in Ukraine.

AIM Realty Lviv is a real estate agency that specializes in serving expats and foreign investors in Lviv’s residential, commercial and industrial real estate sectors. The company provides a full-cycle of real estate services to tenants and buyers and owners and sellers, including long-term rentals and tenant search, property purchases and sales, renovation of investment properties, property management, leased commercial and industrial space, land purchases, and consulting for real estate investors. The founders of AIM Realty Lviv include the founders of AIM Realty Kiev (aimrealtykiev.com) and all of AIM Realty Lviv’s founders are foreign professionals based in Ukraine--together they have over 10 years of real estate experience in Ukraine, and about 20 years experience doing business in Ukraine.
Description
The Agent will support the sales director with real estate transactions and will develop through «on the job training.» Real estate experience is NOT required, but is highly desirable.
Duties
Developing sales skills.
Learning how to build and manage your own sales pipeline.
Learning the city and its neighborhoods to serve our target markets.
Property search support.
Arranging and conducting property tours («viewings»).
Assisting with the collection of property information, including taking photos of properties.
Working with the CRM (to manage the contacts and sales pipeline)
Warm or cold calling clients AND property owners to sell Agency services packages.
Preparing draft lease and sales agreements (for review by Agents, Senior Agents and Sales Director)
Cross-training on the Administrator’s duties to learn internal systems (website, phone sales and customer service)
Requirements
A sales and customer service mentality.
Someone who is motivated by and attracted to the «upside» of performance-based compensation.
Outgoing personality, energetic, adaptable and eager to learn new skills.
«Logistically-minded» and a desire to spend lots of time working outside the office and moving around the city.
Persistence to see deals through from beginning until the end («deal closing»).
Work experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable (but is NOT a requirement).
Excellent spoken and written English and native Ukrainian (the website is in both of these languages) and excellent Russian. Knowledge of additional European languages is preferable.
Ability to communicate with local owners of premium housing AND (mainly) foreign clients, who are seeking premium housing in Lviv.
Professional appearance and phone skills.
Comfortable with technology.
Conditions
Dynamic work environment and schedule with a mix of time outside and inside the office with occasional work on evenings and weekends.
Results-based incentive bonus structure--during the first 6−12 months we expect that this could be approximately $600 — $1200 per month depending on sales results. But earning potential for the position is unlimited and we expect our brokers to earn much more once they have more experience and time in the market.
