LLC Alliance Group is a developer of residential complexes and aparthotels and has an exciting opportunity for an MEP Technical Lead/Design Manager to join their business in Batumi Georgia.You will act as MEP Technical lead/Design Manager for all HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, and Comms design activities on behalf of the Developer, reporting to the Project Manager, with the following main primary functions:- Management and coordination of all Alliance group design related activities- Ensure that the design represents the best value and minimum risk for the Projects.- Provide Assurance to Project manager that the MEP design works are fit for purpose and compliant with the project's technical requirementsDrive the Design forward by managing the Design engineers, subcontractors, and consultants efficiently and effectively in order to reduce delays in design, construction works, and Handover.Essential requirements:- Proven experience in MEP Design (HVAC bias) and MEP design coordination (working on multi-disciplinary projects)- Previous experience on of residential complexes and aparthotels projects, shopping malls, business centers, high-rise buildings;- Educated to degree level or equivalent in Civil Engineering (HVAC preferred);- Excellent understanding of all MEP systems, codes, standards relevant to the works;- Experienced dealing with MEP designers, contractors, and subcontractors- fluent technical English, Russian - preferably;- advanced user of Auto Cad, Navisworks, Revit- ready to move to Georgia, Batumi.
