We are a Ukrainian-owned wedding photography and videography company based in California and we are looking for a remote post-production manager. We need someone who speaks great English, has high speed internet (and powerful computer) and can work from home coordinating all of what happens after our photographers & videographers are done shooting a wedding, such as collecting material, sending it to editors, communicating with clients and backing everything up.



Ideal candidate would have:



- Perfect written English

- Customer service experience

- Ability to work on PST time zone (17.00-1.00)

- Highly organized & dependable

- High-speed internet

- Ability to work from home

- Modern & dependable computer equipment

- Color-calibrated monitor

- Ability to work unsupervised

- Photography experience preferred

- Lightroom, ACDSee, Photoshop and video editing knowledge

- Photo & video editing experience preferred



Responsibilities include:



- Collecting materials from shooters via dropbox

- Creating backups

- Coordinating material delivery to editors

- Quality control

- Sorting and editing smaller shoots

- Troubleshooting

- Sending finished products to customers

- Collecting notes from customers to convey to editors

- Addressing customer questions & complains

- Album design

- Compiling video footage (using Premiere Pro, Final Cut or Sony Vegas)

- Hiring and training editors

- Miscellaneous duties
