Position: Import Manager
Responsibilities:
Planning: Collecting data from sales managers, systematization, analyzing and reporting to headquarter for further production planning on monthly bases. Short term (weekly & daily) forecasting. Improvement of current planning methods & schemes for increasing forecast accuracy, developing and supporting current planning systems, procedures and processes. Inbound shipments handling: Purchase order placement and shipping documents preparation (invoice, packing list, CMR) Transport arrangement. Preparation of all necessary documentation for custom clearance in close cooperation with customs broker. Certification Goods receipt posting, Collecting documents for COGS calculation in close cooperation with accounting department. Managing of local purchases. Control of payments to suppliers.We are looking for:
Russian citizen Higher education SAP – advanced user English – Fluent Analytical skills Ability to work under time pressure Experience in Import/CustomsWorking conditions:
