1. I need an input box where I can type stock-symbol. ("AMD") for example. and a 'GO' button.



2. When I press btn, the app will goto sec.gov and find stock-symbol and find the latest 10-q filing. (https://tinyurl.com/y7arjycl - in this case, the latest file from 31-10-2018)



3. app will open it and look for 'shares outstanding' and must return this result back to the app.



- ex1: "AMD'" the result is "999,407,216".

- ex2: "KTOS" the result is " 103,297,525 ".

- ex3 "APVO" the result is "21,605,716" etc.

you must find a way to return this result back to the app... note the app must work for ALL stock symbols.
