I need a RELIABLE worker who will be working on my team long term.

I need a worker that is GREAT with COMMUNICATION. I've have to cancel contracts and request refunds because workers do NOT communicate that they are taking trips and out of town and therefore not able to fulfill the task. This has been VERY frustrating throughout this journey of looking for the SUITABLE candidate for the demands and job tasks at hand.
