First, a market research is done to collect information what market in the EU is most open for our products. That could be rate of theft, checking the law of monitoring in this country, checking how many open construction sites there is pre year e.c.t Could also be that they already have a competing products and we would have to find the



price ranges.



After that when a market is chosen a specific marketing strategy is chosen, in our case it would be finding a partner who already has sales to the segment we wish to enter. The preferred partner would have a sales force of persons who can bring our firm to market.







To get to that stage/goal the marketing manager would have to get interest in the market for our firm that would be in.

Making news publications about our firm



Looking for partners, and contacting potential partner setting up meetings

Finding relevant expedition where we can go meet partners.
