DePuy Synthes business as a part of Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is looking for a strong candidate for (Senior) Product Manager DePuy Synthes (Trauma, CMF & Power Tools) located in Moscow.

Purpose of Job:

Primary focus is to provide strong leadership in all areas of the marketing mix to the product group development & growth. Responsible for providing long & short term marketing planning, execution & coordination for all the brand & product related activities within the bounds the managed group of products.

Responsibilities:

Develop long & short term product strategies to achieve volume and market share targets for the product or product group. Elaborates long & short-term strategy aiming market/segment development in terms of components of growth: frequency of product usage, HCPs professional skills, etc. Develops market vision (data collection and analysis) for the brand on a local basis and translates global/regional activities where applicable. Performs market intelligence and competitive analysis. Sets up resources allocation for effective strategy implementation, sets up KPIs and monitor plan to ensure follow up within the boundaries of the managed product group. Manages optimized product portfolio, specifies market requirements for current and future product launches & by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Develops promotional activities and necessary tools in accordance with the product strategy Develops framework for KOLs & HCPs Professional Education and elaborates necessary criteria and KPIs to follow up effectiveness of education. Provides transfer of product knowledge & expertise to the sales team as well as to external partners and customers, conducting product trainings.

Requirements:

Higher degree and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in medical devices/pharma/industrial sector Working English/Russian Willingness to travel across Russia/CIS/Europe Strategic thinking, analytical skills, excellent communication skills, result oriented, energetic, driven
