Our client, an international company, that provides its activity in Clinical Trial Supply Chain Management, is looking for Logistic Specialist. Duties:

verifies and tracks incoming/outgoing shipments; monitors receipt of shipments to sites; receives and processes returns; participates in inventory counts; maintains in/out data in the Register of In/Out Shipments as per legislation, maintains documents filing; controls maintenance of appropriate warehouse keeping, including T° control; verifies the activities of the warehouse pickers; assures appropriate communication with warehouse pickers with regard to their duties; provides update to the Logistics Manager and QA Manager on the status of complaints, internal issues and quality metrics; prepares the logistic reports; constantly performs the stock optimization; performs other related warehouse duties as assigned; рrocurement of medicinal products and ancillary materials archiving of hard copies of warehouse records.

Requirements:

knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and thorough knowledge of local legislation; understanding of distribution practices and document requirements; understanding of warehouse operations; good communication and interpersonal skills; good computer skills; good English skills.
