Primary Job Function Responsible for Logistic & Demand functions for assigned countries (facilitates forecasting process; gathers data from countries monthly; acts as a communication link between supply and demand; acts as S&OP coordinator for region) CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate/co-ordinate the whole forecasting process: Support Commercial Team to establish a feasible statistical forecast and making sure demand history is filtered/maintained. Review and analyse changes in this month’s forecast versus previous month’s forecast. Review and analyse actual demand versus forecast to be sure that forecast reflects the market and company’s reality. Continuous improvement of the logistic process. Establish and maintain forecast parameters like Time Fence, consumption interval etc. Support Commercial Team to define Safety stock levels for the full forecast horizon. Maintain alignment of item number forecast versus product family decisions. Maintain unconsumed forecast: forecast consumption, forecast rollover, provide monthly publishing. Gather data and publish KPIs and scorecard each month. To be a communication link between Supply and Demand. Maintain daily communications to update about any changes in the demand or supply and involve others as needed. Facilitate the monthly Pre- and planning meetings: schedule meetings, design meeting minutes creation, create planning package and consolidate information (agenda, key issues, decisions required etc). Act as planning coordinator. Communicate to management reporting issues, which significantly impact our ability to meet Customer needs (backorders, short expiry date etc.) Maintain the mechanisms for matching incoming orders to forecasts, handling abnormal demands. Maintain and update the graphs or charts at every SOP cycle showing actual performance versus plan/Last Best Estimate (LBE) along with the appropriate analysis. Make sure that the information residing in the systems used for the planning process is reliable and updated. Communicate with representatives of Abbott Company and Commercial Group about products with short shelf life or products with high inventory level on Central/BWH and client warehouses. Conduct a residual analyst. Track financial reserves in order to provide Finance group proper support. Participate New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings in order to determine market projections of new products. Coordinate and supervise the work of Customer services/Logistic coordinator/ Logistic specialist. Control process customers’ orders and payments, monitor shipments and ensure the goods are delivered as requested/promised. The Logistic Manager is the main driver of the Demand management business process, and the facilitator of the planning business process. Provide cooperation with Marketing, Logistics, Registration, Finance and other groups in order to obtain a better orientation and resources usage. To bring together all business plans (customers, marketing, development, servicing) into integrated set of plans to be presented and analysed within the planning process and challenging assumptions, vulnerabilities and opportunities. Managing of Bonded Warehouse operations; control, supervising, assistance to all BWH operations provided by company BWH owner; manage the stock volume; control all documents and paper procedures etc. Provides sanitary and hygienic condition of his workplace. Complies with the requirements of labor safety rules, safety rules, sanitary hygiene and other normative documents, the current legislation of Ukraine on these issues in the workplace. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Education: University degree preferably in Economics field and/or Foreign Trade of Commerce Experience: at least 4 years in logistic field within pharma multinational companies, experience with CIS markets as a plus People management experience with one direct subordinate as minimum Strong computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PP) Excellent inter-personal communication skills High-level of accuracy with numbers English: minimum upper-intermediate level as minimum Service and results oriented, accurate and punctual, confidential and trustworthy Ability to make strategic decisions; ability to meet deadlines Do you like the sound of this job and think you’ve got what it takes?
