PURPOSE + SCOPE:

Responsibility for all sales, marketing and professional education activities within North-West region in Interventional Cardiology and Peripheral Interventions areas;

RESULT SPHERES:

Product and market knowledge To ensure up to date product knowledge; To ensure up-to-date knowledge of the market drivers, competition environment, distribution network and prof. educational / marketing workflow within the area; 2. Achievement sales and profit targets Act as the main contact person for customers regarding particular products within the field of Interventional (Endovascular) surgery; Alignment and monitoring of customer demands and implementation of supporting measures; Setting-up long term relations with end-users and distributors; Setting of budgets and sales development plans; To coordinate all business related subjects with marketing team; To maintain an excellent relation with external official parties, authorities and organisations; Expand sales portfolio Implement strategies and develop tactics to increase sales volume and profitability of product group in the area; Expansion, development and protection of the business activities in the designated area; General reporting Deliver a monthly and ad-hoc detailed reports to ensure a smooth communication and information stream; General Acts as a representative of the company towards many third parties; Assume all other responsibilities and authorities this function may require regarding new opportunities; To be accountable and answerable for own actions and results; To own and manage specific projects;

PROFILE REQUIRED:

Sales experience in medical devices in international corporations; Ability to work in multitasking capability of indirect selling organization; Knowledge in Interventional surgery; Higher medical education or higher educational in Biophysics or Biology fields; English language skills - Upper intermediate level is a must; Microsoft office skills - confident user; Flexibility, ability to work independently; Pro-active and positive life position, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
