Requirements:

 

- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

- 2+ years experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

- Proven experience with real projects, with a strong portfolio

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Upper-Intermediate English

 

Your profile:

 

- 2+ years in professional UI/UX design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency

- Team player that can wear multiple hats

- Strong visual design skills

- Aim for excellence and attention to detail

- Expertise in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator

- Basic experience in motion design is a plus (Adobe After Effects, ProtoPie, etc.)

- Good working knowledge in frameworks and guidelines (Bootstrap 4, Google Material, iOS and Android guidelines, etc.)

- Desire to continue to grow skillset with ongoing education and training

- Strong collaboration and communication skills

 

Will be a plus:

 

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline

- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5

- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus

 

Responsibilities: 

 

- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity

- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout

- Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system

- Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
